Keneen has been Simply Delicious Catering’s Sous Chef since 2014 and is in charge of the daily preparation of all cold and hot foods. No stranger to the kitchen, Keenen started his culinary career in high school and went on to win multiple culinary awards including placing first place in the Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham’s Best Teen Chef competition and at the Vance County Regional Fair for his Banana Nut Bread.
He also won Silver at the Johnson and Wales All Star Event for creating a four-course meal out of mystery ingredients. Keenen is a strong Christian and lives in Creedmoor.
