What You Eat Has An Effect On Your Productivity

 

Nutritionists will tell you the foods you eat have an effect on how you feel.  If you eat healthy, then you will feel healthy.  You will have the energy and mental stamina to make it through the day.  You will also have the focus to get the work done that you need to.  Eating unhealthy can have an adverse effect on how you feel.  Unhealthy eating can make you feel sluggish and tired throughout the day.  It can also inhibit your focus when trying to get work done. Ron Friedman wrote an article called "What You Eat Affects Your Productivity" which was published in the Harvard Business Review.

NC Watermelon Salad

 

This salad features baby savory spinach and arugula tossed with NC watermelon cubes, feta crumbles, and toasted sun flower seeds.  It is served with SDC raspberry vinaigrette.

 

Baby Green Strawberry Salad
 

Featuring savory spinach, scarlet kale, and red chard.  This salad is tossed with sweet local strawberries, roasted pecans, and feta.  Served with vidalia dressing

 

Grilled Herb Chicken Caesar Salad
 

Featuring chicken breast marinated with Italian herbs, char-grilled and served on a bed of crispy romaine lettuce. Topped with Asiago cheese, garden tomato, and seasoned croutons. Served with Caesar dressing. This salad is also available as a garden salad with cucumber, onion, bell peppers, and served with Ranch dressing.

This sandwich features oven roasted turkey, fresh arugula, and a cranberry compote spread. It is served on wheat bread.

 

Turkey Lettuce Wraps

 

Featuring smoked turkey, hummus, shaved cucumber, and carrot.  This entree is wrapped in crispy lettuce. It is also gluten-free.
